Senior international Outreach & Admission Manager – Ben Guérir Campus

Missions

The primary mission of the Senior International Outreach & Admission Manager is to to substantially enhance the presence of exceptional international students and expand the diversity of nationalities within the UM6P student body.

Specific missions include but are not limited to:

• Contributing to the development of the strategy for promoting and prospecting African students (outside of Morocco) using various channels such as local academic or professional partners, OCP Africa entities, embassies, etc., with a focus on attracting excellence rather than quantity.
  • Monitoring the education market in Africa.
  • Conducting an overview of Africa and the countries/programs for the mobility of African students.
  • Identifying priority countries, reference institutions, and developing partnerships, among other tasks. 
• Overseeing the implementation of various communication and promotion actions for the academic offering, including specific printed and digital communication materials for the continent, webinars, and more.
  • Supervising the International Student Ambassadors Program.
  • Organizing and conducting webinars or online open house events for interested Sub-Saharan students.
  • Arranging events in target countries to meet interested candidates and assist them in their decision-making process.
• Participating in the signing of partnerships with embassies, continental scholarship organizations, and professional partners.
• Building and maintaining close relationships and collaborative efforts with AMCI, Sub-Saharan student associations, etc., to reach Sub-Saharan students already present in Morocco.
• Following up on international candidates from their application to their final registration, including tracking their scholarship application.
  • Welcoming and integrating new international students on campus.
• Participation in the promotion and prospecting strategy for international students based outside of Africa, particularly: Identification of target markets outside Africa.
  • Identification of target markets outside Africa.
  • Definition of an approach to the Moroccan diaspora in Europe and possibly in North America.
  • Definition of the communication strategy to reach these markets using the most appropriate channels.
  • Participation in on-site events to meet the target audience.

Profiles Sought:

We are looking for a dynamic individual with excellent listening skills. Key criteria for this position include:

• Hold a Master's degree (Bac+5) in the fields of commerce, management or engineering.
• Knowledge of secondary and higher education. Prior professional experience in the field with an academic institution would be highly appreciated.
• Knowledge of the African market.
• Possession of a category B driver's license, preferably with personal transportation.

Responsable Outreach & Admission International Sénior – Campus de Benguerir

Missions :

La mission principale du responsable Outreach & Admission International est de développer considérablement le nombre d’étudiants internationaux d’excellence ainsi que la notoriété de l’UM6P à l’étranger 

Les missions spécifiques incluent sans se limiter:

• Participation à l’élaboration de la stratégie de promotion et de prospection des étudiants Africains (hors Maroc) en s’appuyant sur différents leviers (partenaires académiques ou professionnels sur place, entités OCP Africa, Ambassades, etc.), incluant la prospection auprès des étudiants africains déjà présents au Maroc. Approche volontairement innovante car visant à sourcer l’excellence et non le volume.
  • Veille du marché de l’éducation en Afrique
  • Qualification des candidats selon les pays
  • des pays prioritaires, identification des établissements de référence, développement de partenariats, etc.
• Prise en charge du déploiement de différentes actions de communication et de promotion de l’Offre académique (supports de communication imprimés et digitaux spécifiques au Continent, webinaires, etc.) et de prospection d’étudiants (tournée promotionnelle, évènements digitaux, etc.).
  • Suivi du Programme des Etudiants Internationaux Ambassadeurs.
  • Organisation et tenue de webinaires ou JPO en ligne pour les étudiants subsahariens intéressés.
  • Organisation d’événements dans les pays cibles pour rencontrer les candidats intéressés et les accompagner dans leur orientation.
• Entretiens de relations étroites /actions communes avec l’AMCI, les associations d’étudiants subsahariens, pour approcher les étudiants subsahariens déjà présents au Maroc, etc.
• Participation à la Signature de partenariats avec les Ambassades, des organismes de bourses du Continent, avec des partenaires professionnels, etc.
•     Suivi des candidats internationaux depuis leur candidature, jusqu’à leur inscription définitive, en passant par le suivi de leur dossier de bourse.
  • Accueil et intégration des nouveaux étudiants internationaux sur le campus.
• Participation à la stratégie de promotion et de prospection des étudiants internationaux basés en dehors de l’Afrique, en particulier :
  • Identification des marchés cibles hors Afrique.
  • Définition d’une approche de la diaspora marocaine en Europe voire en Amérique du Nord.
  • Définition de la stratégie de communication pour approcher ces marchés avec les canaux les plus appropriés.
  • Participation à des événements terrains pour rencontrer la cible.

Profils Recherchés:

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un profil dynamique, ayant un grand sens de l’écoute. Pour ce poste en particulier, les critères clés sont : 

• Détenteur d’un Bac+5 en commerce, management ou ingénierie
• Connaissance de l’enseignement secondaire et supérieur.  Une expérience professionnelle préalable dans le domaine auprès d’une institution académique serait fortement appréciée.
• Connaissance du marché africain,
• Détenteur d’un permis de conduire catégorie B et préférablement motorisé.
