(Photograph) - Keeping mum: the secrets of the mummy of an Egyptian priestess, Tjenmutengebtiu (Jeni) dating from about 1000BC, have been revealed by computer tomography (above and right). Stephen Hughes of the Medical Physics Directorate at Guy's and St Thomas's, London, has produced with colleagues a stack of 700 cross-sectional scans and a three-dimensional surface reconstruction of Jeni.
