Associate professor at the Institute of Higher Education, Shanghai University, PhD in Sociology. She has long been engaged in higher education policy and international comparative education research. She has received funding from the Linnaeus Palme project in Sweden to study the construction of a leading European university at the University of J?nk?ping in Sweden. She also received funding from the "Shanghai University Middle-aged and Young Teachers Overseas Visiting Study Program" and went to the University of Kentucky School of Education as a senior visiting scholar.
