The University of Central Lancashire suspends its first-year BSc course in homoeopathic medicine because it has not attracted sufficient student numbers ("Staff fears about 'quackery' lead to review of alternative health courses", 4 September). Surely the lower the concentration of students on a homoeopathy course, the higher the course's efficacy?
