The comments about the Cambridge-MIT Institute (March 5) are at least a year out of date and do not reflect current views. References to CMI in the Lambert report and the innovation review are positive. The National Audit Office's report, this week, gives the CMI a clean bill of health, and the auditor general acknowledges the potential and early successes of CMI. Let's agree on this as the basis for reference to CMI going forward.
