In view of the possible implications for the quality of the student experience of decisions made by governing bodies ("Old boys and girls should be handed the boardroom keys", 31 March), it is surprising that the new Quality Assurance Agency institutional review arrangements ("Watchdog gets new set of teeth", 31 March) do not appear to take into account governance arrangements.
