Kelvin; Kelvin L; Kelvin PGL; Kelvin W; Kelvin WT; Thompson KW; Thompson W; Thomson; Thomson EJ; Thomson K; Thomson L; Thomson W; Thomson WS; and Thomson WT.
Fortunately, he did not change his name each time he married.
