Customer is right

Shola Adenekan suggests that as students now pay fees tutors should be more understanding when it comes to granting extensions (Why II July 22). I think we should follow Poppleton's lead and award degrees upon the full payment of fees. This would ensure that every customer was satisfied; unlike my MA student who failed and complained: "I'm not like the other MA students on this course. I paid for this myself."
