You note that a minority of universities are employing union-busting firms to undermine the University and College Union in their institutions. It might be interesting to know who is paying for these firms on what budget and how much time is taken up with their activities.
In any case, it does not seem to be a proper use of university funds and time and something that should surely warrant investigation - and, where appropriate, disciplinary action should be taken against those responsible.
