Your editorial strongly supports Amanda Goodall's cover story demolishing any notion of innate differences between the sexes that can explain the glaring under-representation of women in world science ("What's sex got to do with it?", 30 September).

Immediately below the article, Times Higher Education lists its editorial board. There are only four women out of a total membership of 19. The words "glass houses", "throw" and "stones" spring to mind.
