I am surprised to note no women among the 11 named speakers in your advertisement for the forthcoming World Academic Summit (7 March). I do hope that this is not representative of the ¡°senior industrial, political and higher education leaders¡± being brought together ¡°to explore the fundamental role that world-class research universities will play in fuelling the future knowledge economy¡±.
