I was quoted in the article on foreign students in such a way as to make me apparently dismissive of points raised in the rest of the article. My remark on training was a response to a suggestion that all staff should receive training as though such facilities did not already exist, and it was further contextualised as part of the overwhelming administrative burden that restricts staff time with students in non-classroom situations.
