In your article "Bankruptcy should be a real option", Terence Kealey, vice-chancellor of the University of Buckingham, states: "Universities in America go bankrupt, which is why the US has the best universities in the world." I can only suppose that the supporting evidence and rational argument for this astonishing causal link was removed for reasons of space. Since all universities want to improve, can you print it, please?
