Your article on the Quality Assurance Agency's audit of London Business School is, in our opinion, misleading ("Watchdog mauls LBS and Cambridge quality", THES , October 24). The school secured an unqualified judgement of broad confidence in the management of its programmes and in its present capacity to manage effectively the academic standards of its degrees. The QAA made a number of recommendations regarding the future management of its degrees, many of which the school already recognised at the time of the audit and is in the process of addressing. The QAA also identified seven features of good practice on which the school was commended.
