I can't be the only one concerned about Bruce Charlton's comments on grade inflation (Letters, 13 August). I'm not sure if I'm more worried about his assumption that half of students achieving one grade A achieve straight As, or the fact that he sources his data from Wikipedia. Is this (research) grade inflation?
