A tip for David Willetts. Any university with a wine cellar should have its public funding cut unless the stock is part of an investment experiment by its business school and not for imbibing. This won't happen with so many Oxbridge types in all three main parties, but modern universities that buy the odd bottle from Majestic for formal dos may approve as their assets are earmarked for education.
