The hunt is on for the least read academic journal - THES , March 22.

The Quarterly Journal of Feminist Creationism : This journal provides a forum for all those feminist creationists who are anxious to reconcile some of the burgeoning interest in creationism in higher education with the latest developments in feminist thought. Articles include:

"Biological essentialism and gender equality: the vexed case of Adam's Rib" "Phallocentric symbolism and the Edenic encounter" "Reconciling Queer theory and the dyadic composition of Noah's Ark: an overview"

Meta-Meta Issues in Theoretical Sociology : In the past, sociological theorists have had to content themselves with journals that concentrated on issues in sociological theory or with issues in the sort of sociological theorising that took sociological theorising as its research object (meta-theory). This journal provides theorists and meta-theorists with an opportunity to subject their own theorising and meta-theorising to a higher level of abstraction (meta-meta theorising).

The International Journal of Nonsense Syllables : Nonsense syllables are an important experimental tool for the psychological investigation of memory (long and short-term) and forgetting. In the past, the cultural specificity of such nonsense syllables has created problems for cross-cultural analysis (for example, whereas ZIPF is a nonsense syllable in English, it is vernacular Latvian for "raincoat"). This journal is devoted to the discovery of international nonsense syllables and to the theoretical analysis of the role of nonsense in contemporary psychology. In this edition:

"How universally nonsensical is WUDJ?"

"Conceptual issues in the formulation of a 'higher' nonsense"
