Ceremonies in Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan this month marked the beginning of construction of the first two campuses of the University of Central Asia, which aims to foster economic and social development in the mountain regions of Central Asia.
A third campus in Kazakhstan will be inaugurated later this summer.
