Dundee University's centre for medical education is launching a distance learning programme which could revolutionise health care in 23 South American countries, funded by the Kellogg Foundation. The Dundee centre will train doctors, dentists, pharmacists and nurses, with the aim of widening health care, which has traditionally been based in towns and cities.
