(Photograph) - First and last: the launch of Inter-Arc, an electronic media network that forms part of the Arc Atlantique project promoting tourism, maritime communications and the environment, took place at Cardiff School of Fine Art, beneath a mural made by first-year students. The last supper was the archetypal networking session, said host, Tom Piper (second on right), seen here with other Arc Atlantique directors. It also involves colleges in Glasgow, Plymouth, Vigo (Spain) and Nantes (France).
