The Golden Triangle has dominated the British Academy's newly-established fellowship scheme designed to support collaborative and interdisciplinary research. Half the 16 institutional fellowships have been been awarded to Oxford, Cambridge and London, with Kings, Royal Holloway and University College each receiving approval for two research projects. The only successful former polytechnic is Sheffield Hallam, where a fellow will research women's writings in the Corvey archive.
