Not quite the learning bank, but a nightclub and a restaurant in Leicester have caught on to the idea of investing against educational contingencies. The Mosquito Coast nightclub and the Que Pasa restaurant are appealing to enlightened self-interest among students by promising to pay 5p into hardship funds for every one of them who visits.
