Yale offers incentive to foreign students
Yale University is to extend its "need-blind" admission policy to foreign students, guaranteeing that it will financially support successful applicants. The university hopes the policy will encourage applications from Africa, Latin America and South Asia.
Germany opens first private law school
Germany has opened its first private law school. The Bucerius Law School in Hamburg will charge fees of €8,000 (?4,800).
