Leicester aims high

Plans for a Pounds 42 million national space science centre containing exhibition hall, planetarium, theatre plus learning and research centres has been submitted to the Millennium Commission by Leicester University. Patrons include astro-nomer Patrick Moore and Sir Michael Atiyah. Partners in the project are Leicester city council and Wyggeston and Queen Elizabeth I College.
