The Council took note of information given by the Portuguese delegation on the forthcoming 3rd Eureka-Asia meeting which will take place on 26-30 May 2003 in Macao. The meeting aims at stimulating the development of scientific, technological and business co-operation activities between R&amp;D enterprises and institutes in European and Asian countries.
