Finalists for the 20th annual THE Awards ¨C widely known as the 'Oscars of higher education' ¨C have been revealed.??

Each year these Awards attract hundreds of entries from all corners of the UK and Ireland that exemplify the talent, drive and dedication of individuals and teams across all aspects of university activity.?

As is now tradition, the ceremony will serve as the celebratory finale to?, a brilliant event in itself.?

THE Awards 2024 received well over 700 entries (beating the previous record by nearly 100), which have now been whittled down to 120 finalists across the 19 categories. More than 70 institutions are represented, with six appearing four times each: London South Bank University, and the universities of Exeter, Glasgow, Leeds, Nottingham and Stirling. ?

For only the second time since THE Awards launched in 2005, the final ceremony will take place outside of London, with the winners being announced at the ICC Birmingham.????
