The Times Higher Education China Subject Ratings are the only performance tables that judge Chinese institutions against their global peers based on the Chinese Ministry of Education¡¯s classification of subjects.
The ratings for law reveal performance across two subjects: political science and sociology.
In total, 802 universities worldwide receive a rating for at least one subject in the law pillar.
Sixty-one universities achieve an A+ grade in both law subjects. Peking University is the only institution in mainland China to achieve an A+ in the two areas.
If you would like to discuss the results of the ratings, contact Sophia Li, THE¡¯s regional director of Greater China, at Sophia.Li@timeshighereducation.com.
