Al-Nisour University College is a university in Baghdad, Iraq.
It was established in 2012 and has obtained recognition from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. It transitioned from a college to a university in October 2013.
The university is a member of The Association of Arab Universities which is also known as the Union of Arab Universities. This is an organisation that works within the framework of the Arab League.
The university specialises in the fields of computer technology, engineering, analytical techniques, law, business management and English language. The university hopes to expand to include more colleges such as dentistry, pharmacy, media, accounting, banking, physical education and sports sciences.
There are currently eight departments which include computer engineering techniques; medical laboratory technique, business administration, English language, law, radiology techniques, physical education and science and anesthesiology techniques.
There a number of libraries at the university including the private electronic library, the free scientific library, the free public library, the Iraqi legal library and the Iraqi virtual scientific library.
The university conducts a lot of scientific research in computer engineering, pathological analysis techniques, English language and literature, law and business administration.

The university is located along the Tigris River and was founded in the 8th Century. It has since evolved into a significant cultural, commercial, and intellectual centre of the Islamic World. It has developed a reputation as being the "Centre of Learning".
