Bursa Technical University was established in 2010, becoming Turkey¡¯s fifth technical university. There are two campuses; the Yildrim campus located in Yildrim, in the Turkish city of Bursa and the Mimar Sinan Campus. There are also plans for a new campus in Kestel.
The four main faculties at the university include: engineering and natural sciences, forestry, humanities and social sciences and architecture and design. Across these faculties, there¡¯s a range of undergraduate bachelor¡¯s programmes available from mathematics to international relations. The university¡¯s graduate schools of natural and applied sciences, and social sciences offer postgraduate master¡¯s and PhD programmes in courses including urban forestry and biotechnology.
Students at Bursa Technical University can enjoy a range of facilities, including a sports hall and outdoor football field. They can also participate in a range of student clubs and societies including volleyball, archery, wrestling and chess. There¡¯s also exhibitions, theatre performances, trips and conferences throughout the year.
Students at Bursa Technical University can participate in exchange programmes such as Erasmus+, Free Movers and Mevlana.
