The Cyprus Health and Social Sciences University was established in 2016.
The university is located in Morphou, Cyprus.
There are five schools within the university: school of dental sciences, school of health sciences, school of physical education and sports, school of social sciences and humanities, and the vocational school of health services. Each school offers a range of both undergraduate and graduate degree programmes.
There is also the English Preparatory School, which provides students with English language skills. Students in the school are given 20 hours a week of English lessons and are required to take an English Proficiency Exam in February or June.
The university has a number of laboratories that provide students with the opportunity to turn their theoretical knowledge into practical skills. There are three laboratories within the school of dental sciences alone: phantom preclinical laboratory, prosthesis preclinical laboratory, and prosthesis laboratory.
The teaching staff at the university come from five different countries. The student body is made up of students from 16 different countries.
