We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join the International Office (IO) team as Mobility Officer. The successful candidate will play a central role in managing the Erasmus+ and non-EU exchange programmes available to Maynooth University students and staff, as well as actively engaging with the Arqus Alliance, particularly through Working Group 9: Arqus on the Move. The Mobility Officer will work closely with the IO team and the Arqus Alliance Team, collaborating with MU academic departments and support units, and supporting MU students, staff, and partner universities.?

Administrative Officer II (2024) Salary Scale:?€44,958 – €63,876 p.a. (9 points)

Appointments will be made in accordance with public sector pay provisions.

University of Southampton

An opening is available for an experienced manager to oversee the operation of the 榴莲视频lessness Community of Practice, within the Centre for 榴莲视频lessness Research and Practice in the School of Psychology. The successful candidate will have excellent project management skills, as well as an understanding of multiple exclusion and skills in identifying relevant grant funding. Interpersonal skills are essential, as are skills in managing people.?

Ngā kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role

You will engage with students and staff across the University of Waikato to enhance the quality of teaching and learning through innovation and change. This is a unique opportunity working within a multi-disciplinary centre that encompasses a large and varied scope across our multifaceted organisation.

You will be comfortable managing complex portfolios, high-performing teams, and time-constrained priorities, as this role has it all. From professional development design, implementation, and delivery to programme expansion, you will explore new ideas to combat the current challenges of the tertiary education landscape.

As a strategic leader, you will be passionate about developing and designing the curriculum for domestic and international partnerships and research opportunities aligned with the University's strategy. Using your experience in tertiary education, you will lead curriculum design, pedagogy, and assessment design, including learning and teaching technologies (artificial intelligence), which encompasses research projects in the scholarship of learning and teaching.

Drawing on your previous experience in an educational management role, you will have an understanding of Kaupapa Māori and Pacific pedagogies, recognize the varied needs of students (learner styles and analytics), and ensure that students and staff develop their professional and academic English language skills.

We are looking for someone who holds a PhD in a relevant field, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

About You

The Postdoctoral Research Fellow will work with research teams and partnerships in the School and Research Institutes. You will be required to undertake research activities in line with the University's research strategy. In this position you will carry out independent and/or team research which has a significant impact in the area of your specialisation and be acknowledged at a national level as being influential in expanding the knowledge of your relevant discipline.

As the Postdoctoral Research Fellow, you are expected to plan, develop and engage in high quality research projects that are aligned with the University's research focus areas. You will embed your research expertise into the life of the School through the development of high-quality, productivity-driven research networks across RMIT and with local and national, internal and external partners. You will be expected to engage in high quality research projects, to achieve success in attracting research funding and to produce high quality outputs.

To be successful in this position, you will meet the following Key Selection Criteria:


	Demonstrated capability involving lipid nanoparticles formulation and physicochemical characterisation techniques (AFM, DLS, cryo-TEM etc.).
	Evidence of experience in performing mammalian cell culture and study cell-nanoparticle interactions using various techniques (confocal imaging, flow cytometry, TEM, etc.).
	Experience in studying cell-nanoparticle interactions under dynamic flow conditions is preferred but not required.
	Emerging track record and recognition for quality research outputs
	Demonstrate experience in paper writing. Ability to independently form high quality paper drafts is essential.
	Demonstrate strong communication skills.
	Possess the ability to work autonomously whilst displaying a strong commitment to work in a team environment, including the demonstrated ability to work with colleagues confidently and effectively.
	Demonstrate ability to meet deadlines and effectively manage varying workloads and respond to changing priorities as required.
	Qualifications: PhD or equivalent in relevant field.

About the RMIT School of Science
