The Faculty of Education invites applications for the position of Full/Associate Professor in Educational Psychology.

The Faculty of Education offers Bachelor, Master, and Ph.D. programmes in various areas of education, hosting a group of nationally and internationally known faculty members engaged in the discovery, application, and dissemination of new knowledge. Qualifications

Applicants should have: (a) a doctoral degree in educational psychology or a closely related field; (b) a solid program of research as shown in a track record of high-quality research related to educational psychology, as evidenced in publications in top SSCI/SCI indexed journals; (c) commitment and ability to successfully mentor graduate students; (d) a global reputation for excellence in research in educational psychology as well as an excellent national and international collaborative research profile in this field; (e) demonstrated ability to teach educational psychology-relevant courses within undergraduate and/or graduate preparation programs; and (f) quality experience in leading and developing educational psychology programmes at the undergraduate and/or the postgraduate level. Good knowledge of education systems of Macao and Greater China regions will be a plus.

The selected candidate is expected to assume duty in/before August 2025.

Remuneration

A taxable annual remuneration starting from MOP1,250,200 (approximately USD154,350) for the position of Full Professor, MOP1,052,800 (approximately USD129,980) for the position of Associate Professor will be commensurate with the successful applicants’ academic qualification and relevant professional experience. The current local maximum income tax rate is 12% but is effectively around 5% - 7% after various discretionary exemptions. The University is looking to appoint an experienced Payroll and Pensions Manager to lead its dynamic Payroll Team within the Finance Directorate. The ideal candidate will have expertise in interpreting payroll regulations and a strong ability to stay updated with changes in taxation, pensions, and national insurance legislation.

The Department of Computer Science at Royal Holloway, University of London is looking to appoint a lecturer to support its research and teaching. The Department has a record of outstanding research and was ranked 17th overall among UK computer science departments in the most recent Research Excellence Framework (REF 2021, Times Higher Education ranking). We have very strong research groups in the areas of Intelligent Systems, Machine Learning, Algorithms and Complexity, and Programming Languages and Systems. It has also made recent appointments in Quantum Computing and Software Engineering, and there are strong collaborations with the Information Security Department.

The Department is committed to delivering outstanding teaching at both undergraduate and postgraduate level and consistently achieves excellent results in graduate prospects metrics (93% graduates in graduate-level employment or further study within 15 months, Guardian ranking for 2025). Our software engineering teaching has been hailed as a ‘best practice’ example by BCS, the Chartered Institute for IT.

We are seeking to appoint a lecturer in Computer Science and welcome applications that would complement and/or strengthen our existing areas of research. This is a 4-year fixed-term position (replacing staff on secondment) aimed at growing and strengthening research in these fields.

Key strengths of the School of Natural Sciences include access to a world class wildlife research facility, allowing for the use of Australian wildlife models for investigating key questions in evolutionary and developmental biology, as well as world class multi-omics, molecular biology, and tissue culture facilities in modern purpose-built research laboratories.

The successful applicant will also help to train the next generation of biological and biomedical scientists through undergraduate and postgraduate teaching and supervision, with ample opportunities to build their career as a balanced academic. About You

The Postdoctoral Research Fellow will work with research teams and partnerships in the School and Research Institutes. You will be required to undertake research activities in line with the University's research strategy. In this position you will carry out independent and/or team research which has a significant impact in the area of your specialisation and be acknowledged at a national level as being influential in expanding the knowledge of your relevant discipline.

As the Postdoctoral Research Fellow, you are expected to plan, develop and engage in high quality research projects that are aligned with the University's research focus areas. You will embed your research expertise into the life of the School through the development of high-quality, productivity-driven research networks across RMIT and with local and national, internal and external partners. 	Demonstrated capability involving lipid nanoparticles formulation and physicochemical characterisation techniques (AFM, DLS, cryo-TEM etc.).
	Evidence of experience in performing mammalian cell culture and study cell-nanoparticle interactions using various techniques (confocal imaging, flow cytometry, TEM, etc.).
	Experience in studying cell-nanoparticle interactions under dynamic flow conditions is preferred but not required.
	Emerging track record and recognition for quality research outputs
	Demonstrate experience in paper writing. Ability to independently form high quality paper drafts is essential.
	Demonstrate strong communication skills.
	Possess the ability to work autonomously whilst displaying a strong commitment to work in a team environment, including the demonstrated ability to work with colleagues confidently and effectively.
	Demonstrate ability to meet deadlines and effectively manage varying workloads and respond to changing priorities as required.
	Qualifications: PhD or equivalent in relevant field.
