Established in 2012, MNS University of Agriculture is located in Multan, Punjab, Pakistan.
Located on the bank of the Chenab River, Multan is Pakistan's seventh largest city and is one of the oldest cities in South Asia.
MNS-University of Agriculture covers a total area of 680 acres spread across two separate sites. The main campus of the university is located on Old Shujabad Road, while the agriculture farm, built for research purposes, is located at Jalalpur Pirwala.
Besides bachelors* level degree programmes in agriculture, agribusiness, computer science and information technology; the university also offers pre-agriculture, master*s and PhD programmes in various specialities within agricultural sciences.
Specialities on offer include poultry science, fisheries and aquaculture, agro-industrial engineering technology, and human nutrition and dietetics.
Throughout the academic year, MNS University of Agriculture arranges different events, festivals and competitions to make sure students get a well rounded experience. There are also a variety of clubs available including debating club, literary club, music club and character building society.
While students are actively encouraged to take part in sports events, whether recreationally or competitively. There are teams for cricket, football, volleyball, table tennis, badminton, hiking and athletics, which are all actively participating in sporting competitions.
On campus, there are two hostels for students; Jasmine Courts, which works as a girls hostel and Mulberry Courts, which works as a boys hostel.
The university also has partnerships with other universities worldwide offering international students the chance to study at MNS-University of Agriculture.
