University Centre Morsli Abdallah is located in Tipaza, a town on the Mediterranean coast of northern Algeria, noted for its Phoenician, Roman, early Christian and Byzantine ruins.
Founded in 2011, the university centre educates more than 18,000 undergraduate and postgraduate students on its 23-hectare campus.
The university is made up of five institutes: sciences; economic, commercial and management sciences; social and human sciences; law and political science; and Arabic language and literature.
There are several university residences for students, all located near the university itself. These offer individual or shared room, as well as common areas, such as study rooms and recreational or relaxation spaces.
Students are encouraged to join a range of scientific, cultural and sports clubs.
