The University of La Rioja is a public university located in the city of Logrono, La Rioja, Spain. The university was founded in 1992 and became the first campus in 1996 to teach a programme in oenology in Spanish, according to the tradition of winemaking in the region.
There are six faculties at the university including the higher technical school of industrial engineering, science and technology, health sciences, business, social and legal sciences and letters and education.
The university offers undergraduate, postgraduate, PhD and continuous learning programmes. The university also offers Spanish courses for students.
The university offers international exchanges, social, cultural and volunteering activities for the students. There are also a range of facilities such as libraries, computer rooms, language labs and a sports centre.
