Applications are invited from suitably qualified individuals for the full-time post of Administrator based on-site at Aldermoor Health Centre, as part of an administrative team.

This post is part of the School of Primary Care, Population Sciences and Medical Education and is part of the Faculty Operating Service (FOS), which supports the Faculty of Medicine. The FOS is a professional service to the University led by the Associate Director of Faculty Operations. The service works to support those areas of work which provide essential services to the Faculties core business and underpins the achievement of the strategic objectives of the University.

You will have previously worked within an administrative role and hold a good knowledge of Microsoft IT packages. ?You will be able to demonstrate exceptional communication skills both written and verbal, with a good eye for detail, be proactive with a flexible approach, and have the ability to work with changing priorities and workloads. ?

The role is varied, as you will be the first line of contact for both internal and external visitors to the Department. ?Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this role, awareness of University processes and regulations would be an advantage.

Naturally, you will be able to build and maintain relationships with a variety of people across the Faculty and University.

??About the Role?

We are seeking a Regional Manager (Australasia, Americas, Europe and Projects) who can make a high-level contribution towards Flinders International student recruitment in collaboration with the broader International Recruitment team, International Portfolio, College teams and broader University to ensure the University meets its strategic objectives and targets.

As the Regional Manager you will be leading the development of recruitment plans and new initiatives to attract prospective international students to study at the University, with a strong emphasis on developing a positive team culture, personal and professional development and recognition of results orientated achievements. About You?

2. JOB PURPOSE / ROLE:?
The candidate is expected to teach undergraduates and graduate courses in geography and planning in the academic Programs at Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi (SUAD). geography and planning courses are delivered both in French (Bachelor level) and English (Master level) and teaching duties include teaching lectures, tutorials and directing student research and projects. Full Professor, Assistant and Associate professor, have a service load of 192 hours (contact hours) per academic year and need to engage each semester in related duties, including grading, invigilation, and office hours. Residential Services at the University of Southampton offer accommodation to over 6000 students. In order to enhance and maintain the service offered to our diverse customers, we are recruiting for a domestic assistant position in Southampton.

The role will involve working individually or as a member of a team to deliver the cleaning of designated areas to ensure that they are kept in a safe, clean and hygienic condition. Some of the duties will include kitchen cleaning, sweeping, vacuuming and dusting. You should also be willing to undertake some manual handling, bending and reaching as part of your normal duties.

The successful candidate will have a flexible and enthusiastic approach to work and enjoy working as part of a diverse and dynamic team. Communication skills and attention to detail is essential as this is a customer focused environment where we strive to provide the best service to our residents.

The post available is for 20 hours per week Monday to Friday. Some weekend working will be required in the summer for open days, student arrivals and departure periods.
