Some of this seems blatantly contradictory - 'reputation is important, but unis are investing too much in job roles around social media efforts?' OK, get the point on too much push-marketing in the early days, but developing social media should be part of the long game. Those surveyed may not feel particularly influenced by Twitter feeds, but I suspect it would be a different set of results if a HEI ran really dreadful social media feeds...
I'd love to agree with Mark, but sadly I don't own an iphone so I don't fit into a certain demographic...
