Our World University Rankings 2023 will be released on 12 October at our flagship in New York. The hybrid event will focus on the theme of trajectories and examine the role of higher education leaders and policymakers in identifying, adapting to and meeting rising expectations for progress in three different areas: students, institutions, and the wider higher education sector.

Note:?After a successful five-year partnership with the WSJ, THE is no longer producing a US ranking. Following our recent acquisition of Inside Higher Education (IHE), our intention is to build on what we have learned and use our unique data sources to develop a more nuanced and diverse picture of what US universities offer.

Note: Following a review of our rankings portfolio, we have made a decision to no longer publish the Emerging Economies University Rankings. Many of the institutions and countries in this ranking are included in other rankings that provide a better overview of performance within regional contexts (such as the Arab, Asia and Latin America rankings) or a better overview of performance based on institutions¡¯ own priorities (such as the Impact Rankings).
